Amylan Consumer Advocacy Messages is operated by Amylan Link INC (Amylan) as a marketing text message program. The message types are marketing and promotional messages about the Amylan consumer advocacy service and information about how to start an intake. Messages promote the consumer advocacy service and explain how to start an intake.
The program is a marketing and promotional channel. It does not carry legal advice, case details, or any promise about an outcome, a fee or a settlement.
How to opt in
You can opt in through the form at amylanlink.com/updates. Enter a US mobile number and check the optional SMS box if you want messages. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of receiving services. You can submit the form without checking it. You can also opt in by replying YES to an Amylan marketing message.
We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers, and we do not treat a phone number given for a general inquiry as consent to receive text messages. Consent must come from the person who controls the number.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service. You can opt out at any time.
